N&R has performed many probabilistic thermal/structural analyses on a variety of aerospace components including Space Shuttle Main Engine turbo pump blades and jet engine combustor liners, rotor blades, and rotor discs. We have also determined the probabilistic property distributions of newly developed composites based on the uncertainties in the constituent properties.
