Vinod Nagpal, Ph.D., President of N&R Engineering, specialty in probabilistic methods and risk assessment. Has 33 years of experience in engineering and management and has worked on NASA-Glenn projects for the last 17 years.

Bill Strack, M.S.A.E., worked for NASA for 37 years in propulsion systems analysis such as comparative studies of alternative concepts and  technologies for supersonic and subsonic airplane applications. Developed several software tools such as SUA (Sytems Uncertainty Analysis), PRODAF(Probabilistic Design and Analysis Framework), FODID (Foreign Object Detection and Identification), and NBody (optimum low thrust interplanetary trajectories)

B. M. Patel, Ph.D., P.E., MBA has over 38 years of experience in engineering and project management and has worked with NASA-Glenn for the last 18 years in Micro-gravity experiment hardware and probabilistic analysis applications using Finite Element Methods.

Robert A. Aiello, M.S., worked for NASA-GRC for over 38 years and has extensive experience in Finite Element analysis of complex and composite structures in aerospace applications.

Richard Blech, M.S. has 30 years of experience in computational technology, propulsion systems, and simulation and software development. The computational methodologies experience includes CFD algorithms, multi-disciplinary analysis, optimization, computational frame- works and parallel processing.

Peter Hoge, M.S., Structural Analyst has worked 16 years for NASA  modeling and analyzing micro-gravity experiment structural hardware and aerodynamic research facilities. He has used Finite Element Methods, NASTRAN, PATRAN, TURBO-REDUCE, NESTEM, IDEAS and Pro-Engineer.

Mary Neuzil, financial analyst who has worked for 20 years in project management with NASA.

Ian Miller, M.S., Applied Mathematics, has worked for NASA 3 years in probabilistic analysis applications and general mathematical modeling.  Has a basic familiarity with Marc and ANSYS.  Data-base and data manipulation skills involving: SQL, Oracle, Microsoft SQL server, ACCESS and My SQL.  Familar with Python, Fortran, C/C++.

Ankur Parikh, M.E. (India), M.S. (USA), Structure Engineer.  Primary experience is in macro and micro network planning of canal systems and designing of hydraulic structures. She currently is performing reliability analyses and finite element analysis using ANSYS and FPI. She is also performing system-level probabilistic design analyses using the N&R-developed PRODAF software tool.

Dave Chidanand, M.S, M.B.A., Certified Data-Processing Professional (CDP), has over 35 years of experience developing and implementing solutions for business situations, performing systems analyses, managing project life cycles, using information systems technology of IBM mainframes, and various database technologies such as  DB2, IMS and on-line communication facility CICS.

Jeffrey Csank, M.S.E.E, has worked for 2 years with large industrial companies on the implementation of advanced control technologies. Has familiarity with standard industrial closed loop controllers, such as PID and its derivatives, disturbance rejection techniques, modern control, and robust control theory. Has experience with Matlab/Simulink as well as using xPc Real Time Software. Has designed several test bed systems using Allen Bradley / Rockwell Automation equipment.

Kathy Paulitzky, business school graduate with over 30 years of professional experience as an Administrative Assistant/Office Manager with an emphasis on support for corporate management and their engineering, sales and marketing teams. Experienced in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, Quick Books Pro, Lotus Notes, Purchasing Systems, Sales Tracking Tools, Customer Contracts System, Product Database and NetMeeting.
